Assent Insurance is owned and operated by John Norce. John has been providing insurance solutions to clients since 1988 when he first worked with insurance giant, Metropolitan Life.

John left Met Life and developed Assent Insurance with a focus on putting clients' needs first and foremost. His inexhaustible efforts have benefited thousands of clients through the years, and John has been recognized throughout the industry for his outstanding sales and customer service performances.

The Health and Life Insurance industries are ever-changing, and John has positioned Assent Insurance to successfully manage the challenges facing its customers in these two dynamic industries.

Cary Stancil

Cary is a Vice President, who brings over 3 years of insurance experience with him to our firm. Cary has a diverse knowledge of health, life and disability insurance. He is our resident disability expert, as well as the driving force behind all our recruitment and personnel hiring. Cary also operates our Richmond office, which we opened in March of 2003.

Ron Greenstreet

Ron is our office manager. Ron will typically be the first person you talk to regarding your insurance needs. He is a dedicated employee who is very reliable and organized. He will work tirelessly until he gets your questions answered. Ron has been with Assent since the first day we opened our doors.

Charley Spiridopoulos

Charley is one of our leading representatives. Charley brings over 9 years of insurance experience and specializes in the individual health and life marketplace. Charley is a great resource for your questions and will provide outstanding support.

Darren Chesser

Darren is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has knowledge and expertise in insurance planning and tax issues relating to insurance. Darren also specializes in disability insurance.
